All prices provided are estimates only and should not be considered exact quotes. Final pricing and project duration may change due to on-site conditions, changes in scope or design, weather delays, material quantities, and fluctuations in material pricing. Prices are subject to change without notice. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

A deposit is required once a plan is agreed upon and before materials are purchased or work is scheduled. Payment of a deposit constitutes a binding agreement between the client and contractor. By submitting a deposit, the client confirms they have reviewed and approved the project scope, pricing, plans, and all relevant documents, and agree to proceed with the project under these Terms & Conditions. Deposits, design fees, consultation fees, and maintenance plan fees are non-refundable, as they cover professional services, planning time, and reserved scheduling. Payments made via credit card or Venmo are subject to a processing surcharge to cover transaction fees.

Any modification to the original scope of work, materials, quantities, or design—whether requested by the client or required due to site conditions—shall be considered a change order.Change orders may result in additional costs and/or adjustments to the project timeline. No work outside the original agreement will be performed without approval. Verbal requests or approvals are not binding; written or documented approval is required prior to proceeding with additional work. All approved change orders will be billed accordingly.

If a not-to-exceed amount is agreed upon in writing, the total project cost will not exceed that amount excluding approved change orders, unforeseen site conditions, or client-requested modifications. Any conditions or requests that would cause the project to exceed the not-to-exceed amount will be communicated to the client and require approval prior to proceeding.

The following materials are non-refundable once purchased, delivered, or installed:

• Mulch 
• Soil
• Sod
• Fertilizer
• Masonry products
• Other bulk or special-order materials  

Material quantities and costs may vary based on site conditions and availability.

Plants are guaranteed for six (6) months from the installation date, provided all care and maintenance instructions are followed. To be eligible for a refund or replacement under this guarantee, the contractor must inspect the plant and determine the cause of failure. The plant guarantee does not cover failure due to improper care, environmental stress, weather extremes, pests, disease, or site conditions beyond the contractor’s control. Plants purchased for a project are non-refundable once acquired, provided they are delivered and installed in good, healthy condition. If plants are purchased and the client later changes their mind, no refund will be issued

Completed and partially completed services are non-refundable. Weather-related delays, scheduling changes, or site access limitations do not constitute grounds for a refund.
